9.1 At Aujedi BV we are committed to keeping your personal information safe and secure in accordance with the latest legal obligations such as the General Data Protection Regulation.

9.2 In order to provide you with the best possible service, we collect certain types of personal data such as but not limited to your name, contact details, location, on-line browsing activities on our website.

9.3 The law requires us to communicate the legal basis for the processing of your personal data. The two main pillars are consent and the necessity to fulfil our legitimate interests such as but not limited to processing orders, managing returns and refunds.

9.4 We keep your personal data no longer than needed, different retention periods apply for different kinds of data. We understand the importance of storage limitation and commit to regularly reviewing our information and erasing or anonymizing personal data when we no longer need it.

9.5 At any time you have the right to access your personal information, rectify it or send us a request to delete information we hold about you if you have withdrawn your consent. Following your request, we will remove all personal data that we don’t need not to maintain for any reason other than legal reasons.

9.7 When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

9.8 An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment

9.9 Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

9.17 If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
