As a result of a collision between two neutron stars some 130 million years ago, a mass of energy was released which allowed particles to be combined. As a result, precious elements including gold and platinum were formed.
At Kochut, we are fully aware of the magic of these products of nature. With respect for animals and people, we use these raw materials to create unique handmade jewellery.

Unique pieces
All our pieces are handmade and personally designed for you by our design team. The models are simulated beforehand in 3D models or in wax castings to guarantee quality. The manual finishing ensures that unique touch to each product.
Ready-made products
We also have a wide range of ready-to-wear jewellery available, which can be ordered immediately. So you don’t to wait for your pendant, ring or other jewel for that special occasion. You will see these items marked as being “in stock” in our online offer.

Our team carefully prepares all products for you from our workshop, which is located in a small Ukrainian village, where craftsmanship is a way of life. Our customers can be found all over the world.

For placing a personalised – custom-made – order, it is of course important to determine the correct ring size in advance. We recommend the following ways to do so:
There are several ways to place your order:
We deliver by express courier. Your order will be shipped as soon as the production process is completed and will keep you informed of shipment steps on our end. Any delays linked to extraordinary circumstances (force majeur) are not within our responsibility. In any case, we strive to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
For a secure payment environment, we work together with partner Molly. This payment platform is integrated in our webshop Payment options include Bancontact, Credit Card and Paypal.
As all Kochut jewellery is handmade, the final product may differ in a minimal way from the pictures on the website.
Non-personalized orders:
Adjustments to non-personalised orders
Adjustments to ready-made products from our permanent collection and catalogues are not possible.
Return in case of non-personalised orders
In case of orders of ready-made products from our permanent collection and catalogues, you as a consumer have the right to renounce your purchase, without surplus payments and without having to state a motive, within a period of 15 working days, starting from the day following the delivery. The goods must also be in their original condition. This possibility does not apply to customised orders (see the section “Return in case of personalised orders”).
If you wish to exercise this right and the goods are in their original state, please send an e-mail to hello@kochut.be or hello@kochut.nl. You must then send the item back to the following address: Aujedi BV; Hoveniersstraat 19 2018 Antwerpen, Belgium. Shipping is at your own expense.
If the item was physically purchased in our showroom, the shop manager may decide at his or her discretion to exchange the purchased item for another provided that it is in its original condition.
Personalized orders:
Before placing a personalised order, please have the necessary parameters available, such as the correct size and desired colour.
Adjustments to personalised orders (customisation)
As a rule, personalised orders – made to measure – cannot be modified after they have been manufactured. Only in exceptional cases it is possible to adjust afterwards. In this case an additional service fees will be charged. The possibility of adjustment and the resulting additional cost will always be determined in function of the materials used and the complexity of the design. The possibility of customisation will be examined on a case-by-case basis.

Personalised – tailor-made – jewellery can under no circumstances be returned.
